Orington & Partners (O&P) was established in 2024 to offer corporate advisory and management consulting services internationally for scaling and growth companies, in addition mature mid sized companies. O&P has clients located in Australia, US, Europe, UK, South East Asia and India but services can be offered globally. ​
Foreqasting was established in 2025 specialises in building financial and operational models globally. Differentiating to other modelling building firms, we engage on a modular fixed priced offering. No surprise hourly invoice shock! ​
Ivy Securities was established in 2010, has held an AFSL (430 450) registered since 2013 and joined the Orington group of companies in 2024. It is licenced to service retail and wholesale stakeholders to provide general advice and conduct IPOs on the ASX.
ResolvCO was established in 2025 as a JV with Orington Captial and CADRE ODR and is an international online dispute resolution (ODR) platform with proven tech already serving government regulators, stock exchanges, large financial institutions, MNCs, education institutions, professional associations & ombudsmans. ​
AXS Funding (AXS) partnered with Orington Capital in January 2023. AXS provides finance to law firms for out-of-pocket expenses incurred by their clients who are pursuing compensation for personal injury. With our help, law firms can handle more cases and increase their revenue, all while providing top-notch legal representation to their clients.
