Wei-Khing Seow
- Orington Capital - Managing Director - Orington & Partner - Executive Chair - Ivy Securities - Director Orington Capital is led by Wei-Khing, who has 20+ years of experience in global equities, REITs, legal finance, private credit, managed funds and parts of the derivative markets. Wei-Khing combines unique capability to access, create and execute opportunities across the entire capital and investment structure in both private and public markets. Wei-Khing's career spans portfolio management assisting the management of A$1.5bn global investment fund, in executive roles across various functions and industries at both national and multi-national companies, as well as providing management consulting to a range of businesses. He has a strong philosophy in allocating capital and living in a sustainable manner, with his goal of leaving this planet, from all angles of ESG, in a better position than when he entered. Orington is a key contributor to him reaching his goal. Wei-Khing also holds directorship at AXS Funding, a specialist disbursement funder based in Sydney, Australia. Phuong Nguyen
- Orington Capital - CFO Phuong is a Chartered Accountant with Australian and UK experience in multi-faceted accounting and finance roles. She has developed strong business acumen, problem solving skills coupled with an ability to manage and positively influence stakeholders. She adds value by delivering insightful financial analysis and producing timely, efficient and accurate reporting. Phuong has worked in a variety of organisations where she delivered strategic financial management and reporting in a highly complex financial environment. Phuong's career as a seasoned finance manager was built on multi-faceted accounting and finance roles. This experience was founded upon a Degree in Business (Accounting and Financial Management) and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (formerly ICCA). |
Kashish Grover
- Orington & Partners - Managing Partner & CEO Kashish is a founding Partner of and leads Orington Capital's Management Consulting and Corporate Advisory business, Orington & Partners. He is a seasoned entrepreneur, previously embarking on a journey to build a cross-border payment solution for businesses. In his last role, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO); and Founding Member at LegalPay, India's leading fintech in legal financing. He also innovated interim financing under insolvency and scaled the product by partnering with resolution professionals. He has extensive experience of Deal Advisory, Investment Banking, Valuation, and Strategy at firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Goldman Sachs, with a track record of delivering exceptional results. He has multi geographical experience of working with international funders and investors. He is also an avid angel investor and mentor at high-growth startups in evolving sectors such as FinTech, SaaS, LegalTech, D2C, Sustainable Energy, and Logistics. Anthony Hargreaves
- Orington & Partners - VP of Corporate Advisory & Business Development - Ivy Securities - Director Anthony has helped manage and lead capital raisings that have supplied over A$300 million to Australian corporations. These capital raisings included amongst them an involvement in approximately 12 IPO's on the ASX. He has over 15 years’ experience as a corporate advisor and specialises in business development, managing capital raisings and managing listings on the Australian Stock Exchange. During his career he has developed broad experience that takes in capital raisings including, placements, rights issues and initial public offers, advising on acquisitions and sales of major Australian assets in the financial service, agriculture and mining industries to both local and offshore interests from China and Singapore. This includes extensive experience with various AFSL holders has resulted in a deep knowledge of the various regulators and an understanding of the different approaches they take to the Australian marketplace especially in relation to equity capital raisings, AML and KYC regulations. Additionally he is a qualified Stockbroker and holds a Bachelor of Economics with a double major in Economics, from the University of Sydney. |
